Power Yoga
This type of yoga focuses on building strength and endurance. It’s slightly more fast-paced with a bit more intensity.
Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa yoga focuses on connecting your breath to your movements, which tend to be set at a faster pace. In this form of practice, we focus on engaging in a constant flow of movement
Yoga for Athletes
Some research has shown that yoga improves flexibility, balance, coordination, and lung function for athletes. Also, it helps in managing stress - which can be directly related to athletic performance.
Yin Yoga
This type of yoga is great for releasing physical tension in the body. It focuses on holding poses for 2-5 min and is designed to stretch & stress tendons, muscles, & bones
Functional Strength
This class focuses on hip strength, flexibility, mobility and stability using various body weight exercises to build strength and promote ease of movement.
Slow Flow Yoga
This class style allows for slower movement through a series of postures. The slower pace gives space to fully experience each pose while building strength and focusing on breath.
Meditation
The beautiful thing about meditation is that anyone can practice it - it requires no equipment and is easy to start! Meditation helps to improve your emotional well-being and overall health.
Bungee Fitness
This fitness craze uses the buoyancy of the bungee to support you as you jump, swing, spin or fly. It’s a low impact, cardio workout that makes you feel like a kid again.
Myofascial Release
This class uses massage balls to relieve tension and pain in the fascia, the connective tissue surrounding muscles. This self-care practice can promote muscle recovery and overall health.
